Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We will not charge you for any prescription medication that is declined by our clinical team. If payment has been taken prior to a clinical decision being made and treatment is subsequently declined, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website contact form or by telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
